What types of teams do you work with?
Mostly non-technical teams — operations, HR, sales, customer service, marketing — who are expected to use AI tools but were never really shown how. I'm less useful to teams that are already fluent in AI. I'm most useful to the ones who've been handed a tool, told to "figure it out," and quietly gone back to doing things the old way.
What size company is a fit?
Small and mid-sized organisations are the sweet spot — typically 10 to 200 people. Small enough that decision-makers are close to the actual work, large enough that fixing a broken workflow has real impact. That said, I've worked with teams of three and teams of fifty. The common thread is that someone in leadership has decided AI adoption matters and wants it done properly.
Do you do one-off workshops or ongoing support?
Both — but I'd push back gently on the one-off workshop as a standalone solution. A half-day session creates enthusiasm; it rarely creates change. My preference is a short engagement with a defined outcome: audit the workflow, build or configure the tool, train the team, then check back in. That said, workshops absolutely have a place as part of a broader rollout, and I'm happy to design one that fits.
Can you work remotely and across time zones?
Yes — I'm based in Valencia, Spain, which puts me comfortably in CET/CEST and means I overlap well with all of Europe and the UK, and can stretch to cover US East Coast mornings. I've been working remotely and across time zones since before it was fashionable.
What does my team actually struggle with vs. what AI can fix?
That's exactly the right question — and the one most consultants skip. The honest answer is: AI solves repetition problems, not judgment problems. If your team's challenge is volume (too many emails, too many reports, too many manual handoffs), AI is genuinely useful. If the challenge is unclear strategy, poor communication, or low morale, AI is a distraction. I'll tell you which one you have before we talk about tools.
What's the first step?
A short conversation — no deck, no discovery form, no sales process. Tell me what your team does and where the friction is. I'll tell you honestly whether I think AI can help, what I'd look at first, and what a realistic outcome looks like. If it's a fit, we agree on a scope and start.
